#734 When the free bread they bring you at the restaurant is warm

feel the heatHot baked, warm and steamy, that basket lands on your table and heats up your whole evening. So sniff it up, crack it open, and enjoy a delicious butter sandwich before the main course arrives.

AWESOME!

  1. Just getting my warm French toast bagel out of the toaster now, thankfully, because this post made me hungry for warm bread…yum!

      1. Yes, it does! I just discovered them last week at Panera. I highly recommend them…they are, dare I say, AWESOME!

  2. Unbelievable…… My friend Lynn has just married to a handsome black man.

  3. One-free bread in itself is just awesome. two- its even more awesome when its warm enough to melt the butter you put on it.
I am addicted to bread. Especially the fluffy, straight out of the oven, warm, yummy bread.

  4. It’s almost impossible for me not to eat too much bread before my actual meal. My favorite restaurant serves these awesome corn muffins with maple butter and they’re always hot! And for brunch they bring out blueberry muffins! Ahhh!

  5. There once was a restaurant where we live that served this free, warm, fresh, stop the world, melt the butter with you bread… but they never had a limit per table and before one year was up sadly, they had to shut their doors:( I think this should be a lesson to the sharers and the sharies…enjoy, savour…for gosh sakes, break the bread with a neighbor! But do not be loaf heathens or “glutens”! *get it?!* couldn’t resist and just look where that got us…and then there was none!! :(
