#986 When you pull up to a red light and the guy in front of you nudges up a bit so you can make a right turn

You don\'t have to put on the red light

Don’t you love it when you pull up to a red light in the right lane, and the guy in front of you notices and squeezes out into the intersection a bit, just so you can make your right turn a bit faster? What a great thing that is. Careful though — now it’s your job to give a sincere Thank-You Wave as you drive by, because you know they’re waiting for it and besides, did they just shave twenty seconds off your commute or what?

AWESOME!

  1. I have not learned to drive yet, but when I do, I will make sure to do this to other drivers every chance I get. That Thank-You Wave sounds nice. I’ll make sure to give lots of those to.

      1. hahaha
We don’t really get on people over their grammar. If that was the case, I’d have been corrected a million times.
So… are you Spiderman’s cousin? Grammarman?

  2. Ever since I read this the first time around, I’ve been making it a point to pull up so otherw can go around.

  3. I always do this and so appreciate when others drivers do it, too! I live right by an intersection like this and I’m thrilled when drivers are so courteous, but I must admit I’m not too thrilled when drivers don’t do this. Then the self-mutterings aren’t very tactful…LOL! ~Kathy

  4. Thoughtfull thinking, out of the box. What a different world it would be if everyone did a random thought of kindness.

  5. We stumbled over here from a different web address and thought I may as well check things out.

I like what I see so now i’m following you. Look forward to going over your web page again.
