It’s the worst thing when your timing is off. I hate commercials, so I NEED to channel surf; but then you come back to your show and some real important stuff has just gone down, but you don’t have a clue what’s going on…
As you can tell… I like TV.
What really sucks is when you’ve been changing channels for about 10 mins (to avoid commercials) and you totally forget what show you wanted to see the end of … then out of total inconvenience, you realize when you can’t sleep that night!! LOL
I don’t watch tv as its on anymore. I have been spoiled with DVR. If I want to watch something, I record it and watch it later. I have tons of stuff saved up for rainy days. I don’t watch commercials anymore either. I couldn’t tell you the last movie trailer I saw or what new product is popular now.
Haha Bekah that’s exactly how my mom is. She hates watching a show when it’s actually on. I don’t usually have the problem of changing the channel too late, though, because I can just rewind it
We just had a discussion about channel surfing in my house the other day. Can’t stand it, but then, TV in general drives leaves me flat with its never-ending stream of ads. I simply mute the commercials, then turn up the volume when the program recommences. Give me a movie any day of the week!
